Who are we?

We are a specialist running and sports physiotherapy clinic based in Hove, East Sussex.

Pace Physio was born from a combined love for running and a recognition of the challenges and frustrations many runners face with injuries. Our founder, Tom Harrison who is a passionate runner himself has dedicated his physiotherapy career to helping athletes and specialises in helping runners achieve their goals.

We are confident in our approach. We use the latest evidence to guide our treatment and we pride ourselves in using the state of the art equipment to help identify the root cause of your problem. We make sure you have a clear plan going forward and believe our passion for your sport will leave you feeling listened to and confident in recovery.

Our ultimate goal is that you leave our care performing better than you were prior to your injury.
